• AI shall be forbidden for use without certified credentials, for educators, researchers, engineers, selected business roles, and government functions.
• In the court of law, evidence must be able to be proven NOT derived from AI generated videos, pictures, audio, or any other form of generative software.  
• AI shall be prohibited to anyone who has committed a crime classified as class A misdemeanor or higher for life. 
• AI certification vetting process includes full government approved background check including psychiatric evaluations, in order to prevent malicious usage including but not limited to terrorism.
• AI shall not be funded by independent entrepreneurs rather developed with strict supervision by the yet to be founded international agency akin to the United Nations tasked with ensuring responsible development and practices that all countries and municipalities must pay a monthly membership fee to gain access. 
• At no point in time shall AI be integrated with robotics aside from manufacturing, space, and ocean exploration applications.
• At no point in time shall weapons be equipped with AI 
• AI is a resource for the enhancement of human development, not a replacement.
